PROPERTY CO-OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT.

- MODIFICATION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.

No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both Partners hereto.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Florida, USA.
