FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned JIEN ZHONG LIN, residing at

The Borrower may prepay this note in whole or in part without penalty.
In the event of any default in payment of this note, the entire unpaid balance of this

laws of the state of Columbia. Any disputes arising under this promissory note shall
be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American
Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s)
may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
