Suppose you are an individual who wishes to exercise your rights over the information that one of our Customers or Accountant Clients may be storing or processing via our Services for their purposes. In that case, you will need to contact the Customer or Accountant Client directly. In this scenario, we are only a service provider acting in their direction, and we cannot decide how to process their information.

We restrict access to your information to authorized employees and contractors and only share your personal information with third parties in the following circumstances.

ProfitYO’s team manages our Services at its headquarters in the United States and remote. We rely on the Service Providers mentioned above to operate the Services. These service providers are all located in and process your data in the United States. ProfitYO does not currently offer or market its Services to individuals or businesses outside of the United States.

Data retention

ProfitYO is a United States company serving US persons and businesses. As such, we and our third-party affiliates may be subject to various legal compliance that require us to retain your personal information for a specific period beyond the time when you stop using the Services.
