PRESENTER AGREEMENT
THE PARTIES: This Agreement (“Agreement”) made on ______________________, 20____,
is between ______________________ with a mailing address of ______________________,
City of ______________________, State of ______________________ and
______________________ with a mailing address of ______________________, City of
______________________, State of ______________________ both of whom agree as follows:
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and
obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is
hereby acknowledged, the Company and the Presenter (individually the “Party” and collectively
“The Parties” to this agreement) agree as follow:
TERMS
1. FORMATION
The Company, Yes Pretty LLC, is planning a retreat in Jamaica for cosmetologists. The
company is inviting a couple of educators who will join the team with the purpose of
presenting and teaching at the event.
2. DURATION
The term of this agreement (the “Term”) will begin on the date on this agreement and
will remain on full force and effect until the completion of the services, subject to earlier
termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written
consent of the parties.
3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The presenters are to present on a given topic during a timeslot of approximately 90
minutes. In the case of a non-appearance where the Presenter does not present at a
contracted event and time, no fee will be paid. Yes, Pretty LLC has the right to recoup
associated costs incurred. The Presenter and any associate models agree not exhibit or
speak in a manner that is offensive, culturally defaming, or insensitive. The Presenter
agrees to comply with the direction of Yes Pretty LLC in this regard and present in a

manner that will not offend reasonable members of the audience. Failure to comply can
result in the termination of current and future contracts.
4. AUTHORITY TO ENTER AGREEMENT
Each Party warrants that the individuals who signed this Agreement have the actual legal
power, right and authority to make this agreement and bind each respective Party.
5. COMPENSATION
Yes, Pretty is catering for accommodations for the presenters and giving each $300 as
compensation. The company is not however, covering the airfare but is covering
transportation to and from the airport. The cost of forfeiting the contract is $1000 per
person
6. OWNERSHIP
Presenter acknowledges that Yes Pretty LLC is considered the author of the Work and
the Work shall be used at Yes Pretty LLC’s sole discretion, in any manner deemed
appropriate by Yes Pretty LLC, including copying, reproducing or otherwise using by
any device or process, such as photographic, electronic and mechanical means, and
displaying, distributing, selling and transmitting copies of all or a portion of the Work to
the public by any means now known or hereafter developed. Yes, Pretty LLC shall have
no obligation in any manner to receive permission from Presenter to copy, reproduce,
transmit or otherwise use the Work.
7. ASSIGNMENT
Presenter may not sell, assign, sublicense, subcontract, or in any other way transfer any
right or obligation of this Agreement without the prior written consent of Yes Pretty
LLC.
8. LIABILITY
Presenter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Yes Pretty LLC harmless from and
against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, and claims of any person related to or
arising from Presenters’ activities under this Agreement. In addition, and without limiting

the foregoing, Presenter agrees to hold Yes Pretty LLC harmless from any claim by a
third person for infringement of copyright, or of a person’s right of privacy, or publicity
related to Presenter’s actions or omissions.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Presenter authorizes Yes Pretty LLC the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish,
distribute and make use of any and all photos and video taken during filming. This
authorization extends to all languages, media and formats now and in the future. The
Presenter agrees and understands that all photo, video and audio recordings at events
become the property of Yes Pretty LLC. and that images may be used to promote similar
events in the future.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute
will be resolved by mediation the results will dictate the next step.
11. NOTICES
All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the address of the
recipient specified herein. Any such notice may be delivered by hand, by overnight
courier, certified mail with return receipt, or first class pre-paid letter, and will be deemed
to have been received (1) if delivered by hand – at the time of delivery; (2) if delivered by
overnight courier – 24 hours after the date of delivery to courier with evidence from the
courier; (3) if delivered by certified mail with return receipt – the date as verified on the
return receipt; (4) if delivered by first class mail – three (3) business days after the date of
mailing.
12. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other,
but such termination shall not in any way affect Yes Pretty LLC’s ownership of all right,
title and interest in any Work made in accordance with this Agreement.

13. SEVERABILITY
If any term, covenant, condition, or provision of this Agreement is held by a court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remainder of the
provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired,
or invalidated.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform under this Agreement when such
failure is due to causes beyond that party’s reasonable control, including, but not limited
to, acts of State or governmental authorities, acts of terrorism, natural catastrophe, fire,
storm, flood, earthquakes, accident, and prolonged shortage of energy.
15. GOVERNING LAW
Both parties agree to request and render services under this agreement in a professional
manner and in compliance with all state and federal laws including the ethical principles
of respective professional affiliations.
16. AMENDMENT AND MODIFICATION
No supplement, modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless
executed in writing and signed by both parties
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement was signed by the parties under the hands of their
duly authorized officers and made effective as of the undersigned date.
