EFFECTIVE TERM OF CONTRACT

The player commences work on….

The contract has already been concluded for a term specified and will expire on… Concluding an employment contract for a specific period of time is provided by the regulations of FIFA on the status and transfer of the players.

The club and the player have equal right of entering negotiations for extended contract by simply notifying the either party of such plans in writing at least one month before contracts expiry date.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLUB

 

  • The Academy will provide:

 

  • Football Coaching, Media Training and Mentoring to the Player

 

  • Assess the player and keep a record of the Player’s training and injuries and process data as confidential, sharing with relevant professionals.

 

  • Where possible, commence negotiations and make its best efforts to facilitate trials and transfer of the Player to a Football Club.

 

 

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLAYER

 

The player is obligated to:

 

  • Participate in trainings, camps, meetings (and matches if scheduled);

 

  • Not appear in a public place under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or toxic substances;

 

  • Attend football promotion events established by The Academy (sports, social and advertising events, meetings);

 

  • Immediately inform The Academy of an illness.

 

  • Not start any talk with an Agent or a Football Club without the consent of The Academy.

 

  • Protect The Academy’s reputation in contact with media, social media and football
  • prospects and avoid any declarations which damage the interests of the Academy;

 

  • The Player grants The Academy the right to use and authorise third persons to use photographs and video recordings of the Player and other audiovisual, visual and press materials.

 

  • The Player agrees not to take part directly or indirectly for personal gain or the gain of third persons in betting.

 

  • The Player agrees not to use, deal drugs or any other prohibited substance.

 

  • If the Player leaves before the end of the contract, the Player must pay for the remainder of the contract.

Termination of the agreement

 

If either the player or The Academy are guilty of breach of contract the other party has the right to terminate the agreement. However the opposing party must be heard before termination of the contract.

 

Confidentiality of the agreement

 

This contract is confidential and cannot be divulged to persons who are not involved.

 

There are two copies of this agreement, one for each party.
