PETITIONER’S MOTION REQUESTING ORAL ARGUMENT
Petitioner respectfully moves this Honorable Court to allow oral argument during the hearing for entry of temporary orders on January 28, 2022.
As it stands, the parties are required to present written submissions during the above hearing. During the hearing, the court will deal with various grave issues, including decisions based on the best interests of the Minor Child.
Oral argument during the hearing will assist the court in assessing the merits of the arguments of each party, and would ensure that the Court has all the necessary information before it to enter temporary orders.
Petitioner respectfully requests that each side be permitted thirty (30) minutes to present its oral arguments.
