PERSONAL SHOPPER AND STYLIST AGREEMENT
This Independent Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered between Delatrish Style, LLC, an independent contractor hereafter referred to as “Contractor”, and Jean- Michele Claude, hereafter referred to as “ Client”.
In consideration of the covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth, Client and Contractor agree as follows:
- SERVICES
The Contractor will render custom design and wardrobe styling for groom (Jean-Michele Claude and 16 groomsmen with an allocated budget of $ 350 per person, including accessories) for wedding ceremony and reception on September 16, 2020.
- CONSIDERATION
In consideration of the custom design and wardrobe styling services rendered by the Contractor, the Contractor will be paid $ 1000 as fees. The Contractor will be paid $ 600 as non-refundable deposit upon signing the agreement and the rest will be due on September 16, 2020. This fees cater for transportation as well as costume and wardrobe styling.
Transportation invoices will be sent every Friday with a net 14. Payment of the net amount outstanding on the invoice is due 14 calendar days after the date of the invoice.
- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
The Parties acknowledge and agree that the services performed by the Contractor and its employee, Latrisha Dodson, shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or otherwise between the parties.
- TERMINATION
This Agreement shall commence on ___________ and shall expire on _____________________. Contractor agrees to perform services to Client on or before the separation date set above. The Client may terminate the use of Contractor’s services at any time without cause and without further obligation to Contractor except for payment due for services prior to date of such termination. Contractor has a right to terminate the agreement if both parties continually have disagreements regarding his clothing choice.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising between the parties shall be solved in good faith through negotiation between the parties.
- ENTIRETY
This contract represents the entire agreement between the two parties and supersedes any previous written or oral agreement. This agreement may be modified at any time, provided the written consent of both the Client and Contractor.
- GOVERNING LAW
This contract shall be governed, interpreted, and construed per the laws of ___________.
