We write to inform you that ______________, your landlord is our father and aged
80 years old.
It has come to our attention that there has been a laxity and/or lack of
remittance/payment of the agreed rental amount from your end as tenants.
As our father is elderly, we have decided to intervene and assist him as he needs
some consistency when it comes to you making the rental payments and since we
are also on the deed of the home.
We hereby request that from April 01 st, 2023, the FULL rent shall be due on the 5 th
day of every month which shall be payable into our father’s bank account of which
you shall receive the details shortly.
We appreciate your long-standing relationship as a tenant with our father, but to
protect his interests, if you are not able to commit and carry out the above changes,
do note that you have the opportunity to vacate the home and enable us to protect
our father’s interest.
