without my express written consent by editing and uploading as your own. There is
malicious intent in your actions since you are aware that you are committing copyright
violations. Your actions are unfair since you continue to deprive me of the full value of
my content.
I hereby demand that you cease and desist from taking videos from my channel,
editing them, and uploading them as yours. I also demand that you do not commit
further copyright violations.
This letter will act as a final warning to cease and desist from taking videos from
my channel, editing them, and uploading as yours. At this time, I am not contacting the
authorities or filing a civil suit against you, as I hope we can resolve this matter without
authoritative involvement.
I am not under any circumstances, however, waiving any legal rights I have
presently, or future legal remedies against you by sending you this letter. Failure to
comply with this Notice to Cease and Desist will lead to legal sanctions under applicable
federal and state law.
I intent to keep a log of any communication you make with me after you receive
this letter. Please give this very important matter the utmost attention.
