NOW COMES Sylvie Wamba, Petitioner, and files this Motion for Leave to File Opposition to the Inspector General’s Reply to Petitioner’s Brief, and for cause would show this Honorable Court as follows:
- On February 1, 2022, the Inspector General filed a Motion for Summary Judgment.
- On February 28, 2022, Petitioner filed a Response to the Inspector General’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
- On March 17, 2022, the Inspector General filed a Reply to Petitioner’s Brief.
- Petitioner now seeks leave to file an Opposition to the Inspector General’s Reply to Petitioner’s Brief filed on March 17, 2022.
- In the absence of any apparent or declared reason such as bad faith, dilatory motive or undue prejudice to the adverse party, leave sought should be granted.
- Petitioner has no bad faith or dilatory motive in filing this Motion. There will be no undue prejudice on the part of the Inspector General.
REASONS WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Board to grant this Motion for Leave to File Opposition to the Inspector General’s Reply to Petitioner’s Brief.
