PLAINTIFF’S EX-PARTE MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
NOW COMES Foster Chambers, Plaintiff, and hereby moves for the entry of an Ex-Parte
Temporary Restraining Order:
1. Enjoining Defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, and all persons in
active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of the injunction, from
enforcing VOP Village Code against Plaintiff until this case is determined; and
2. Enjoining Defendants Grossman, Jackson, Dexter, and Cutia from levying fines against
Plaintiff;
3. Enjoining Defendants Grossman, Jackson, Dexter, and Cutia from issuing Plaintiff with
tickets in regard to his properties;
4. Enjoining Defendants Grossman, Jackson, Dexter, and Cutia from condemning Plaintiff’s
properties;
5. Enjoining Defendants Grossman, Jackson, Dexter, and Cutia from taking further action in
regard to Plaintiff’s properties;
6. Enjoining Defendants Grossman, Jackson, Dexter, and Cutia from entering Plaintiff’s
properties;
7. Enjoining Defendants Grossman, Jackson, Dexter, and Cutia from inspecting Plaintiff’s
properties; and
8. Enjoining Defendants Grossman, Jackson, Dexter, and Cutia from speaking or
communicating to Plaintiff, his family, and any other person within Plaintiff’s properties.
For the reasons stated in this Motion, the Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff’s Motion for Ex-
Parte Temporary Restraining Order, and the Affidavit of Foster Chambers, Plaintiff respectfully
requests this Honorable Court to GRANT this Ex-Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining
