Pursuant to Appellate Rule 11 or 14.1(C), the Court Reporter of the Madison Circuit Court 4 is requested to transcribe, certify, and file with the clerk of Madison Circuit Court 4 the following hearings of record, including exhibits: Any and all filings and correspondences before the Court pertaining Defendant’s Motion For Continuance.

Appellant is not willing to participate in Appellate Dispute Resolution since Appellee refused Appellant’s request for Settlement.
