PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-named ZZZ o/b/0 A.K., a child hereby rejects the decision of the District Court of Appeal in the Fourth District that reversed the trial court’s ruling and vacated the injunction entered against the Appellant on XXX
The REASONS for the rejections are that;
- The Court did not take into consideration the testimony and the evidence of my three witnesses, and it can be shown from the decision of the Court that they have not mentioned any evidence or testimony from them.
- The video evidence sent during the hearing was not considered during the determination of the case.
In light of the above-stated reasons, I will be objecting to the Court’s decision.
