MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT
This Mentorship Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made on __________________20___ Between ________________and ______________________.
- Service.
The parties hereby agree that ____________ will provide the following teaching services;-
- How to become a cryptocurrency expert.
- How to become an expert in Metaverse
- How to buy assets in Metaverse.
- What NFT to buy
- When to sell or hold the NFT.
____________ agrees to provide his connections in regards to the services provided herein.
- Term.
The services herein shall be for six months from signing hereof.
- Compensation.
The parties agree that __________________ will be paid $45,000 in lump sum for the services to be provided under this Agreement.
- Fees.
Parties agree that ________________ will provide her funds for blogging, buying in the Metaverse, buying her own NFTs and social media building.
- Intellectual Property.
The parties herein agree that they each have their rights to the artwork generated by themselves.
- Termination.
The parties herein may terminate the terms of this Agreement for reasons which include but are not limited to asking for more than what is supposed to be done.
If either party wants to terminate the Agreement, they should issue a five days prior written notice to the other party.
- Dispute Resolution.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by mediation in accordance with the rules of the State of Florida.
- Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be construed, governed, and interpreted according to the Laws of the state of Florida.
- Waiver.
The waiver by either party of the breach of any covenant or provision in this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by either party.
- Severability.
In the event a court of competent jurisdiction declares any term or provision of this Agreement to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect, and either:
- The invalid or unenforceable provision(s) will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision(s) valid and enforceable; or
- If such a modification is not possible, this Agreement will be interpreted as if such invalid or unenforceable provision(s) were not a part of this Agreement.
- Amendment.
This Agreement cannot be amended without the written consent of all parties herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the partners hereunto set their signatures and acknowledged this Agreement as the date first above written.
