I, _____________________, grant permission to Ground Up Development Baseball, LLC (hereinafter known as “GUD Baseball”) to use my image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications including: videos, email blasts, recruiting brochures, newsletters, magazines, general publications, website and/or affiliates, and all social media content.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
I understand that my photographs produced by GUD Baseball are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without GUD Baseball’s explicitly written permission. I understand that I must obtain written permission from GUD Baseball prior to using the photographs for any commercial purposes.
