Dear ______:
I will write very simple. my name is *********. On May 3, 2021, I arrived at your clinic to have a gastric sleeve surgery. When I arrived home and tried to change the Bandage, I noticed that you didn’t staple or made any stiches or any glue to one of the holes on my Belly. The wound was very deep and bleeding, so I went to see a doctor right away. The doctor told me that you supposed to at least glue it and now it’s too late to do that. I will have a large scar on my Belly. It was medical malpractice by you.
I met with a plastic surgeon in order to fix it and prevent a large scar. The price for fixing that is 4400$. I demand an immediate refund from you of the amount of $ 4400. If you fail to answer in the next 72 hours, I will cancel the credit charge and I will sue you for a much larger amount, including compensation for mental anguish. You can see in this letter a proposal from me for a settlement. If you answer I will have no more demand in the future.
Attached to this document is a letter from the doctor who examined me and a letter from the plastic surgeon with the cost of the repair.
