We are pleased to submit this letter of our intent to prepare a comprehensive cost analysis to start constructing a home for you, subject to the following terms and conditions:
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Good faith Deposit
Upon the execution of this Letter of Intent, you shall deposit a non-refundable good faith deposit of ______________ into our designated Account.
The good faith deposit shall be refunded you only if you agree to retain our services upon preparation of the cost analysis.
Governing law
This Letter of Intent shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to the conflicts of law rules thereof.
Any legal action relating to this Letter of Intent shall be commenced and maintained exclusively before any appropriate state court of record in LaPorte County, Indiana.
Confirmation of Intent
If you are interested in proceeding to final negotiations, please execute one copy of this letter where indicated and return it to us.
