I wanted a letter for the Governor of VA requesting help in my compliant I made in regards to ongoing harassment. I wrote more than once this past summer regarding individuals who through internet said they were EMS, Fire ,Law personnel. This has been going on for more than 3 1/2 years. This was I thought deriving from a NC case that was dismissed on Oct 20, 2020.
