There is one requirement you have not complied with: the corporate name (must contain the word or abbreviation of the word “corporation”, “company” or “incorporated”. The abbreviation “PBC” does not meet the requirement. Please choose a word you would like out of the three or its abbreviation and put it in place of “PBC”. In Article V, the second paragraph begins, “In witness whereof”. Please ensure that the witness has a place to sign. You will be in compliance if you do the amendments I’ve recommended.
