A proper memorandum contains a list of parties, jurisdictional statement, statement of facts, legal argument, and prayers. The statement of fact contains what exactly happened in chronological order. The legal argument contains causes of action you have against Defendant. None of the documents you sent me explains what happened. I’m missing the statement of facts which is used to construct the legal argument. Please send a statement detailing what happened between you and Defendant and include dates and locations. I understand that the memorandum should be filed by 08/30. I’ll appreciate if you send the statement as soon as possible so I can complete the memorandum on time.
