LEGAL CLAUSE
Parties agree that it is the responsibility of the Client to obtain all necessary authorizations prior to software implementation. Authorization is significant as the Company’s software integrates with other products like Office 365, Share Point, One Drive and Microsoft Outlook which the Client might be using. The Company will set up a reasonable schedule for implementation and notify the Client of their approval.
Parties agree that the Client will be responsible for setting up necessary calls and meetings with the I.T Department.
