Hello!! I would like to know if you could write a legal brief to re open an USCIS case. My husband and i couldn’t make it to our interview. Although we made the request that same day over the phone. The fiscal didn’t see this request on the system. So our forms were denied. But we have evidence that we did call that day. I’m attaching both denied forms and Our evidence that we did call to reschedule. Please let me know if you can do this. Thank you.
The form that we will need is I-290B. Also, we were feeling terribly sick during the weekend, the interview was scheduled on Monday so there was no way for us to call in sooner. We had covid Symptoms. And we had to quarantine from Friday night (March-26th)
