LEASE AMENDMENT ADDENDUM

THE ORIGINAL LEASE
This document, known as the ( ‘‘Second Amendment’’), created this [DATE] shall be added to
the contract dated on January 1, 2020 herewith(‘‘the lease’’) which is the original contract
wherein the land lord leases to tenant that certain premises referred to as 214 S Hayne Stree,
Monroe, NC 28112-5503 herein (‘‘ the Premises’’) which ends on the month of February 28,
2021 pursuant to the First Amendment To Commercial lease (‘‘first Amendment’’) which sought
to extend the lease by a month due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
AMENDMENTS
Terms and conditions
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promise and the agreements and covenants
contained herein, Landlord and tenant agree that the lease is amended and modified as follows:

  1. This Second Amendment, made pursuant to the tenant’s wish to merge her business with
    another therefore changing the name of the business, shall ensure that the terms set out in
    the lease agreement are not altered with.
  2. Under no circumstance shall the changing of the business name from the name found in
    the original lease to the new proposed name affect the lease agreement.
  3. All other terms and conditions of the Lease agreement which also includes the terms set
    out in the First Amendment shall remain in effect in respect of the obligations of both
    parties.
    EXECUTION
    The Landlord and Tenant, agree to aforementioned amendments to the lease agreement. Any
    changes made are legally binding upon signature of both parties.
