LAWN CARE AGREEMENT

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of
_________________ (“Effective Date”) by and between
___________________ (the ‘Client’) AND ________
(‘Service Provider’). Individually referred to as ‘Party’ and collectively referred to as
‘Parties’. The Parties intend to be legally bound as follows:

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Service Provider will provide the
    following services subject to the Client removing building materials and
    concrete from the grounds: cutting grass and taking care of the lawn. The
    Service Provider will provider a minimum of 18 cuts annually. Cuts means
    mowing. It does not include weeding, trimming, hedging or waste removal.
    After clearing the building materials, all hazards will be marked by flagged,
    and the board notified by email/mail of debris/waste/hazard and they are
    supposed to take care of it till the next mowing or incur removal charges.
  2. COMPENSATION. In Consideration of the services provided by the
    Service Provider, the Client will reimburse the Service Provider as follows:
    ___. The payment will be due on the 1 st of every month.
  3. TERM/TERMINATION. This Agreement will commence on the effective
    date and continue effectively for 10 years. This Agreement may be
    terminated before expiry of the term by mutual agreement of the parties or
    by either party providing the other party with sufficient notice before
    termination.
  4. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES. It is understood by the parties that the
    Service Provider is an independent contractor with respect to the Client, and
    not an employee. The Client will not provide fringe benefits including health
    insurance benefits, paid vacation, or any other Employee benefit.
  5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Any disputes arising between the Parties shall
    be solved in good faith though mediation. If mediation fails, the Parties will
    resort to Arbitration.
  6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire contract
    between the parties. All terms and conditions contained in any other writings
    previously executed by the parties regarding the matters contemplated
    herein shall be deemed to merge herein and superseded hereby. No
    modification of this Agreement shall be deemed effective unless in writing
    and signed by the parties hereto.
  7. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
