LAPTOP LENDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement effective as of _________________ (‘Effective Date’) is entered into by and between _____________________ (‘Laptop provider’) AND ____________________________ (‘Laptop Receiver’). Individually referred to as ‘Party’ and collectively referred to as ‘Parties’. The Parties intent to be legally bound as follows:
- Purpose. Whereas, _______________requires a laptop to work, and _________________ is able to purchase the laptop for her to help her facilitate her work. The laptop serial number is : ______________________, the purchase date for the laptop is : ___________________
- Consideration. In consideration of the purchase of the laptop, __________ will return to stay with ________________. If she doesn’t return to stay with _____________, she will be required to take care of the laptop and maintain it in a good working condition and return it after one month.
- Term. The term of the agreement will commence on the purchase date and continue effectively for one month. After one month, she will be required to return the laptop in good working condition. If she fails to return the laptop in good working condition, she will be required to pay the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- Termination. This Agreement may be terminated if the parties continue to date or if she returns the laptop in good working condition.
- Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising between the parties in good faith through mediation.
- Governing Law. This Agreement will be interpreted and construed according to the laws of the State of Ohio.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the full understanding of the Parties and shall supersede all previous oral or written agreements regarding the subject matter herein.
