Lake Tapps Landscaping is a family owned business and we are committed to dealing directly
with each of our client. Our clients are assured of personal interactions with the Contractor every
time they call our offices.
The Contractor is an honest, hardworking and ethical business entity that takes pride in the
topnotch services they deliver to their clients.

  1. TERM.
    Once the proposal is accepted and is signed, the initial term of the Landscaping Contract shall be
    for a period ONE Year, commencing on the Effective Date.

  2. SCOPE.
    We hereby submit the specifications and estimates for landscaping as follows;
    2.1. General maintenance.
     Mow grass weekly
     Edge sidewalks

 Prune bushes
 Trim hedges
 Leaf cleanup
 Plant seasonal flowers
 Additional services available upon request and with additional costs.
We propose hereby to furnish the material (unless the Client provides their own special material
which shall be discussed with the Contractor prior to the commencement of the work) and labor
for the above services for the sum of _ Dollars, payment to be made as follows:
i. Dollars nonrefundable deposit to book dates.
ii. _ Dollars monthly installments.
2.2. Exclusion.
No bushes over 10ft
No street sweeping
No irrigation
No fence building or repair
No concrete services.
