To whom it may concern,

My name is ___________________ and I recently admitted to being guilty of _________________________. This is to bring to your attention that my admission of guilt was not of my own free will. Rather, the therapist and the police officer hypnotized me, drugged me, and held me against my will for them to get the desired answer.

First, the therapist and the police officer hypnotized me. Although hypnotic techniques are allowed in criminal investigations to enhance and recover recollected evidence from witnesses who experience partial or total amnesia for the events witnessed, in my situation, I have not forgotten any evidence.  During my office visits, I was induced to forget, conflate and I was confused as to what question or topic I was answering or which age I was talking about.

Further, they repeatedly drugged me and kept asking questions that could result in their desired answer. The drugging is against the principles of fairness and detainment of arrested persons. The drugging led to my admission of guilt which could not have been possible if I were to be sober and of the conscious mind. I was also repeatedly stripped naked in front of a crew of people and subjected to humiliation to the point of mental anguish.

False imprisonment involves restraining someone’s freedom and preventing that person from moving. It is holding a person against their will, sometimes using violence or the threat of violence. The California Penal Code Sections 237(a) and 236 specify what actions constitute false imprisonment. They include: the defendant intentionally and illegally detained, confined, and restrained another person, and the defendant committed the act against the victim’s will. Per the laws of California, the police officer illegally confined and restrained me against my will.

Therefore, the therapist and police officer’s wrongful and manipulative actions imposed the admission of guilt.

Please consider the gravity of the matter above.

Yours sincerely,
