INVESTOR CONTRACT

This Contract is made by and between [business name] of address [ADDRESS] (hereafter, “business”) and [NAME OF INVESTOR] of address [ADDRESS] (hereafter, “Investor”), jointly referred to as (“parties”), on [DATE] (hereafter “effective date”),

Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises, and of the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained, the parties, intending to be legally bound, do agree as follows:

  1. THE AGREEMENT
    1. The Investor agrees to make an investment of $25,000 (twenty five thousand dollars) every month for 10 months beginning on 1st April.
    1. The investor shall be entitled to 33% equity from the business.
    1. The Company shall have 36 months to pay back the investment
    1. Once the investment has been fully paid, the investor shall receive 10% equity instead of the initial 33% equity.
  • TERM

This agreement shall remain in effect as from the effective date until otherwise terminated by the terms of this contract.

  • RELATIONSHIP

For the purposes of this agreement, the investor herein is also a partner.

  • DISPUTES

The parties to this contract agree that, should any dispute arising through any aspect of this relationship, including, but not limited to, any matters, disputes or claims, the parties shall confer in good faith to promptly resolve any dispute. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the issue or dispute between them, then the matter shall be mediated in an attempt to resolve any and all issues between the parties. Either party can also pursue litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • TERMINATION
    • Either Party to this Agreement may terminate this Agreement upon a written notice of termination to the other Party. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing, upon the termination of this Agreement, any arrangement then in effect will immediately terminate.
  • JURISDICTION

This contract shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of TEXAS
