INTERIM ORDER

This matter is set to come on regularly for hearing on [ENTER DATE] before Honorable
[ENTER NAME OF JUDGE], Judge of the General Court of Justice, District Court Division,
Orange County, North Carolina. Plaintiff had filed a Motion to Modify Child Custody; Motion
for Contempt, Motion for Psychological Evaluation; Motion of Defendant in the alternative,
Motion for Custody Evaluation; and Motion for Attorney’s fees.
Pending the hearing and final determination of the case by this Court, and upon reading
the aforesaid Plaintiff’s Motions, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Parties abide by the visitation schedule and parenting plan pursuant to the 2017
Orders duly registered in this State on January 29, 2019, subject to the following
modifications:
i. Defendant shall schedule Zoe’s time during his scheduled visitation time;
ii. Should Plaintiff wish to schedule time with/for Layla during Defendant’s
visitation schedule, she can negotiate with him through council or OFW per the
PPP; and

iii. Plaintiff shall publish every extracurricular activity contemplated for the children
this summer or explain why she should not be held in contempt for failing to
share the children’s extracurricular activities she is contemplating scheduling for
the children this summer with Defendant.
2. This Order is immediately enforceable upon its entry.
3. The Clerk shall direct a copy of this Order to all parties and counsel of record.
