- Artwork
When you deliver your artwork to the RCA Music group, you grant them exclusive rights to that artwork, including album artwork rights, rights to market the artwork, and copyright in the artwork. The catch is you cannot sell the artwork to anybody else, and you can only use it in creating your personal portfolio to promote your work.
- Delivery
At the time of delivery of the artwork, you should have obtained the necessary releases, clearances, and permissions. RCA Music Group can repay you for expenses that have been pre-approved by them in writing.
- Fees
After submitting your artwork to RCA Music Group, they will compensate you fully for the cost and any expenses pre-approved by them. However. RCA can reject your work after submission; if they reject your work, you can be paid 50% of the total cost.
