Ownership of Rights: The above-named Guest does hereby irrevocably consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest’s voice and performance as part of the media program entitled The Rethink Digital Podcast (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”), as well as The Business Hyve LLC. Guest acknowledges that Jessica Davis (hereinafter referred to as “Podcaster”), is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Program, including but not limited to, audio recordings, videos, and transcripts. These rights are recognized as “works made for hire” pursuant to 17 USC X101, et.seq., for all purposes. Guest further acknowledges that the Podcaster has the unfettered right, among other things, to use, exploit, and distribute the Program and Guest’s performance as embodied therein in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
Non-Obligation to Exploit Rights: Guest acknowledges that while the Podcaster, is granted the sole ownership of all rights in and to the Program and any related content, including but not limited to, audio recordings, videos, and transcripts, this Podcast Guest Release shall not obligate the Podcaster to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired herein. The Podcaster is not required to make, sell, license, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Program or Materials whatsoever.
Compensation: Guest understands and agrees that he/she shall receive no compensation from either The Rethink Digital Podcast or The Business Hyve LLC for appearances on and participation in the Program.
Guest’s name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Program, but not as an endorsement of any product or service.
Liability: Guest hereby releases and discharges the Podcaster, The Rethink Digital Podcast, and The Business Hyve LLC from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means, or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
