This is my first time using anything like this. I am looking for a general liability waiver for a new business I am starting. The business throwing tantrums LLC is A mobile rage room. We will be setting up a tent providing safety equipment and allowing people to smash glass. We would like included statements for safety equipment being mandatory, clients will not be unattended, minors need parents signature, closed toed shoes are a must and some thing in there about refusing service to somebody who may have consumed too much alcohol and of course if you have any ideas of anything else to be covered in there as well.
