FINDER AGREEMENT
This Finder Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this _ day of ____ 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between Diamond Resource Recovery of Registration
Number_________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Finder”), and
______________, (hereinafter referred to as the “Claimant”).
NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the
Parties covenant and agree as follows:
- TERM.
The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period _ [Days/Weeks/Months/Years], commencing
on the Effective Date herein.
- This agreement shall not cover the period commencing on the date the property was presumed
abandoned and extending to a time that is 24 months after the date the property is paid or delivered to the
Administrator.
- SCOPE.
The Claimant has retained the services of the Finder to locate and/or help in the return of unclaimed funds
and interest in the name of the owner, this shall include but not limited to lost funds from the treasury
department. The Claimant shall not be required to compensate the Finder for services rendered under this
Agreement if no funds are covered. - PROPERTY DETAILS

The Claimant shall pay the Finder $____________________ (an equivalent of up to _% of the
recovered funds). Payment shall be made within __ days upon the Claimant receiving the funds.
- If the subject property was paid or delivered to the Administrator less than 5 years before the Effective
Date herein, 10 percent of the total value of the subject property will apply but if the subject property was
paid or delivered to the Administrator 5 years or more before the Effective date herein, 20 percent of the
total value of the said property will apply.
*Where mineral proceeds form the subject property, this agreement shall not contain a provision to pay
compensation that includes a portion of the underlying minerals or any mineral proceeds not then
presumed abandoned. - The Claimant may claim invalidity of this agreement for other reasons other than grievance over the
percentage charged above.
- RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
The Finder shall be retained as an independent contractor. The Finder shall be fully responsible for
payment of their own income taxes on all compensation earned under this Agreement. The Claimant
shall not withhold or pay any income tax, social security tax, or any other payroll taxes on the Finder’s
behalf during the term of this Agreement.
- WAIVER AND ASSIGNMENT.
The waiver by either Party of any breach or failure to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this
Agreement at any time shall NOT in any way affect, limit, or waive such party’s right thereafter to
enforce and compel strict compliance with every term and condition of this Agreement. No Party shall
assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior Notice or consent by the other Party. - DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
Parties agree to settle disputes under this Agreement through (select one)

Parties agree that either Party can cancel/terminate the Agreement at any given time, provided that the

- NOTICES
Any notice required to be given between the Parties pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall be
in writing and shall be deemed duly given:
(i) if delivered by hand and receipted for by the party addressee, on the date of such receipt,
(ii) (ii) if mailed by domestic certified or registered mail with postage prepaid, on the third
business day after the date postmarked, or
(iii) sent by email.
at the above-mentioned addresses or such changed address as the Party shall have specified by written
notice, provided that any notice of change of address shall be effective only upon actual receipt. Any
notice delivered by email shall request a receipt thereof confirmed by email or in writing by the recipient,
and the effective date of such notice shall be the date of receipt, provided such receipt has been confirmed
by the recipient. - DRAFTING RESPONSIBILITY
Neither party shall be held to a higher standard than the other party in the interpretation or enforcement of
this Contract as a whole or any portion hereof based on drafting responsibility. - MODIFICATIONS.
This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof
and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the Parties related
to the subject matter hereof. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and
signed by both Parties hereto. - GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada,
USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Nevada, USA. Specifically, and without limiting the
generality of the above, the provisions of NRS 120A.740 are applied herein.
By Signing this Agreement, the Claimant acknowledges and understands that they have consented
to the Finder putting in a claim with the treasury department for the purpose of recovering the
Claimant’s funds.
