EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.

This employment contract is made on this ________ (Effective date)
between ___________ (hereinafter the “Employer”) and
_______ hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”). Together referred to
as parties.
Whereas the Employer and the Employee have agreed to be mutually bound by the
following terms of the Contract; –

  1. Parties.
    The description of the parties is as follows; –

  2. Position.
    The Employee has been retained as a Media Graphic Designer at Sara Dashti
    Consulting Center.
    The Employee shall work on a part-time basis virtually.
  3. Salary.
    In consideration of the duties and responsibilities being carried out for the Employer, the
    Employee shall receive a monthly salary of $ 1150.
    The payment of the above-stated salary shall be through bank transfer to the
    Employee’s Bank Account as detailed below; –
  4. Term.

The Employer retains the services of the Employee for a period of 1 year, with the
option of renewal by request from either party.

  1. Duties and Responsibilities.
    The Employee will carry out the following duties and responsibilities during the
    performance of this Contract; –
    i. Create New ideas, and if the concept is inspired by someone else, she must
    inform the Employer of the inspiration element.
    ii. Doing Graphic designs for all Social media accounts, including but not limited to
    Instagram, YouTube, etc., websites, all products, including calendars, journals,
    books, training courses, etc., and packaging Designs.
    iii. Creative editing for photos and videos.
    iv. Creating and monitoring the Center Social Media content.
    v. Achieve the set monthly and yearly goals.
     Increase follower numbers.
     Post engagement.
    vi. Deliver the tasks on time
  2. Probationary Period.
    The Employee shall be on probation for 90 days after the effective date of this Contract.
    During the probationary period, the Employer may terminate the Contract at their
    discretion.
  3. Leave.
    During the performance of this Contract, the Employee shall be entitled to two (2) weeks
    paid annual leave after the first six (6) months.
  4. Termination.
    The Employee may resign from this position and terminate this Contract at any time and
    for any reason by issuing a 60 days prior written notice of their resignation.
    The Employer may terminate the services of the Employee herein at any time by issuing
    30 days’ written notice and for any reason including but not limited to; –

i. Any breach of the terms herein.
ii. Incompetence.
iii. Lack of productivity.
iv. Poor quality of work.
v. Lack or poor conduct of the Employee.
vi. Breach of the confidentiality terms.
vii. Insubordination and related issues such as dishonesty or breaking company
rules.
viii. Attendance issues such as frequent absences or chronic tardiness.
ix. Not achieving targets in 6 months.
x. Repetitive mistakes.

  1. Dispute Resolution.
    In case of any dispute during the performance and the interpretation of this Contract,
    parties agree to resolve the matter through litigation and hereby consent to the
    jurisdiction of the Court and the laws of the State of Kuwait. Parties agree to bear their
    legal costs.
  2. Governing Law.
    The provisions of this Contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the
    Laws of the State of Kuwait.
  3. Confidential Information.
    The Employee herein acknowledges that during the performance of the duties and
    responsibilities listed in this Contract, they will come across confidential information and
    agree not to disclose or share with any third parties not privy to this Contract without
    prior written consent from the Employer.
    The Employee agrees to the term mentioned above of the Contract, and failure to
    comply or breach thereof shall terminate the Contract immediately.
  4. Ownership rights and intellectual property.
    The works and designs done by the Employee are for the Employer’s benefit, and
    therefore the Employer will have exclusive ownership of any design that the Employee

creates. The Employer will exclusively own the Employer’s authored books with no
credit sharing.
However, the Employer will credit the Employee for the created design.

  1. Severability.
    Suppose a provision in this Contract is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of
    law. In that case, the same shall be severed from this Contract, and the remaining
    provision shall continue to be in effect and binding upon the parties.
  2. Modification.
    Either party to this Contract may request a modification of any term herein, which shall
    only be binding and form part of this Contract if it’s written and signed by both parties.
  3. Entire Agreement.
    The terms of this Contract reflect the complete agreement between the parties herein
    and supersedes any prior oral or written negotiations or promises.
