Company’s equipment or dump trailer that is hazardous.
I agree and acknowledge that the estimates stated herein are subject to change based
on the fluctuations of fees, materials, labor, fuel cost etc.
I hereby understand and certify that I acknowledge the charges, fees, additional
services, etc. that will be paid for at the time and completion of the agreed job.
I acknowledge and agree that this disclaimer agreement should be read together and
forms part of the already existing agreement between the parties herein and its subject
to the provisions and covenants contained therein.
