I would like to report a concern I have with regards to my whistle blowing case number WB dash 2021 dash 04. Based upon my experience, more pardoe has a conflict of interest an I believe it affected her work with regards to this. This is for two reasons calling

Per refusal for an American with disabilities accommodation this July 2021 when she did grant it in September of 2000 20. Also if you review the attached emails and financial spreadsheets from day one I have been demonstrating my extremely strong concern that Stacey foster bold is besides acting unethically and abusively to her former and current coworkers she’s been adding submitting hours for her friends which she onboarded by cutting the hours of long term, dedicated an experienced employees which, I have a strong concern is far in excess than the amount that they could have possibly worked and the median of their Pierce who worked if you look at a sample greater than 30 the same times and the same states with a very small standard deviation. Also, there are discrepancies with the timeline and the fact also that I am concerned why I was forbidden to contact Tyler flanigan further who was the individual who was assigned to me in compliance with my Americans with Disabilities act accommodation which more granted me in September 2021. Also, if you refer to an email she sent to me in January she said that the information was off the desk and with management. But her emails in June and July 2021 seemed to contradict this. She states that she is only one person with the intake. I gave her I submitted online my concerns about Kimberly hill actions with my reported concerns and lack of due process and quite frankly lack invasion of privacy an multiple violations of Uconn rules regulations and procedures which denied me due process. This was in January. I don’t think that it would have taken more more than approximately six months to respond to anything with regards to that. She also complained about emails that I was sending or two volumus and I was sending them to the wrong email address. This was because of my disability I did not see her request to have them sent to a different email box. If you look at the financials which show some of the employees all part time per diem hourly, stacy’s friends all had payroll submit it for them. While long term employees 15 years plus who we’re also part time per diem special payroll received nothing. Since the department was closed and her friends, to the best of my knowledge, only did sensitive exams which required direct contact by the students I don’t think any claim that they worked remotely will have any credibility. As I said two more before simply look at her emails with regards to scheduling and and recruitmen forgive me for being blunt but I feel that Morris time would have been serving the state in a far better capacity by investigating all the financial information I gave her versus complaining about the number of emails I sent she could not set up a simple rule in our outlook to forward every email from me to a different email box? That would take me literally 3 minutes to set up. Also with regards to complaining about being the only person she could not have, as she did with Tyler, assigned somebody else? I believe your department is approximately 100 people and I did all the work for her. Also strongly supporting my concerns of conflict of of interest because of her previous appointment at Uconn is the fact that she said she made it a point to to state that your department was not subject to the Freedom of Information act. I get I sent all the work I really don’t need it anyway. Also your website States and I would have received a letter weather or not my concerns were submitted to the attorneys general’s office. And if they decided to take it farther and if they decided to take a father was I mistaken was I mistaken? Also in her last email she said that or implied that I would not hear anything and I should simply wait for the next scheduled report if anything was to be included. Does this include fraud and stealing from the state? Please review all the emails and financial records I’ve attached and I request, under the American Disabilities Act, the right to go into this with someone over the phone, as I did with Tyler in September and October 2020 in great detail which is the best way for me to communicate exactly what is causing my concern about financial malfeasance.
