CONTRACT TO COMMISSION AN ARTWORK

This Agreement is between _______ (the Artist) and Canvas Champion
made as of the __ day of 2021. Each referred to as “Party” and
collectively as “Parties.”

  1. STATEMENT OF WORK
    The artist/graphic designer will collaborate with Canvas Champion to create
    compelling artwork to be used in printing canvas.
  2. TERM AND TERMINATION
    This Agreement will commence on ____ and will be active as long as the
    artwork is being sold by Canvas Champion. However, after the lapse of 90 days, the
    terms of an agreement may be renegotiated by either party but must be agreed upon.
     Any Party may terminate the agreement at any time by serving the other party
    written notice. Once the request to terminate is received, the agreement will end
    within 14 days along with the artwork being removed from the website and final
    payment sent.
  3. COMPENSATION
    As good and valuable consideration, the payments will be commission-based whereby
    the artist commission percentages will vary between 8-17%. Payments will be made on
    the 28th of every month. 
  4. NON-COMPETE
    During the term of this agreement, the artist shall not, directly or indirectly, either
    for himself or any other person, own, manage, control, materially participate, invest
    in, permit his art to be used in any manner which is a competitor of Canvas
    Champion.
  5. DISPUTES
    Any disputes that arise between the parties pertaining to the terms of this
    agreement, will be solved in good faith through negotiation between the parties.
  6. GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement will be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws of the State
    of Georgia.
  7. ENTIRETY

This Agreement, together with any other materials referenced in or expressly made a
part of the Agreement, constitutes the final and entire Agreement between Artist and
Canvas Champion and it supersedes all prior and contemporary agreements, oral or
written.
