OUR PRINCIPLES
The church is guarded by the principle that the Lord Jesus is the head of the church.
MEMBERSHIP
One can be a member of the church if he/she:
1. Commitment in faith to Jesus Christ;
2. Baptism by the church doctrine;
3. Completion of church membership classes
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
1. Death;
2. Transfer to another church;
3. Resignation
LEADERSHIP
The church shall have a senior leadership flow as follows:
1. Church founder and President/senior Pastor: Bishop Dr. John O.Oti;
2. Vice President: Pastor Richard Oti.
THE DUTIES OF THE PASTORAL TEAM SHALL INCLUDE;
1. To be the chief shepherd of the church;
2. Be the Board ex – officio member;
3. Oversee the general leadership and administration of the Church;
4. Facilitate Board meetings;
5. Offer guidance on matters arising in the Church;
6. Keep the Board members in check in any duties assigned.
The Church Shall Have 4 Positions for Board Membership. The Positions Shall Be:

FUNCTIONS OF THE CHURCH BOARD
1. To work in tandem with the church Pastoral team to shepherd the church members;
2. prescribe duties and job descriptions for the church leadership;
3. To establish policies that agree with the church’s mission, vision, and purpose;
4. Plan and account for church funds;
5. Budgetary church allocation.
FUNCTIONS OF THE CHURCH
1. Conducting Church marriages;
2. Conducting Water Baptism;
3. Funeral services;
4. Baby dedications;
5. School of Ministries;
6. Conducting Revival services;
7. Conducting crusades and Christian conferences.;
8. Organizing Feeding and food drive for the hungry people in our community
THE CHURCH PROGRAMME AND ACTIVITIES
Sunday services shall be held from 11 am to 1 pm. The evening services shall be at 6 pm on Saturday,
the Prayer meetings & Evangelism shall be held on Wednesdays, and Mid week Bible studies
Thursday. There shall also be pastoral Counselling.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
There shall be an Annual General Meeting which shall be held every December / January of every
year.
The AGM shall be for:
1. Reporting the Financial position of the church;
2. Appointments of leaders;
3. Yearly review of church departments;
4. Decision on the subsequent year’s plans.
SPECIAL MEETINGS
The Pastoral team and the Church Board may at any time give notice for a special meeting stipulating
the agenda of the said meeting.
NOTICE OF MEETINGS
Notices for special and AGMs shall be made in the Online / Physical Church Bulleting and announced
during church services.
The Notices shall be made within a reasonable time.
DISSOLUTION
The dissolution shall be done by the laws of the ______________ state laws and the board
shall decide on the distribution of the church assets.
AMENDMENTS
This constitution can only be amended by the board if such a need arises.
