Dear Sir,
I am the Plaintiff in the referenced action. This Letter serves as my formal complaint regarding the unfair and unjust treatment of my matter, which is before Hon. Judge Elaine Lu, in Department 26 at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
The gist of my complaint herein is that the Court has been overlooking my filings. The Court has ignored all my reservation IDs for all of my future filings, and has vacated said dates yet I had not made the filings.
It is noteworthy that based on the reservation IDs, I issued subpoenas to the docketed April 27, 2023 hearing. I also issued subpoenas to the docketed May 9, 2023 hearing for the scheduled Motion for Sanctions. On said date, I already had a reservation for the Motion for Sanctions, which I had filed in the court. I had also served the Defendants the Motion for Sanctions on March 27, 2023. Further, on March 28, 2023, I had already filed and served a Request for Admissions. On March 28, 2023, I again requested for RN records from Kaiser.
In total disregard to the Reservation IDs, and all other filings I had made, the court blatantly vacated all the scheduled hearings, and scheduled a hearing on a Motion to Dismiss on May 9, 2023.

In sum, the Court’s conduct amounts to a curtailment of my due process rights including my right to a fair hearing. If nothing is done to check the conduct, the Court’s blameworthy conduct would occasion more harm and suffering to me. Accordingly, I request your office to address the issues raised in this Complaint and protect me from further harm.
