im looking to amend my complaint i just dont know how plus my attorney isnt affectively representing me
ok my first complaint was someone fraudulently applied and was approved for three student unsecured loans in my name. the problem with all of that is i never graduated high school. my tax refunds were garnished and my credit has been doomed ever since. Since i never graduated high school my attorney either thinks im poor or that im incompetent to understand whats going on.
