COMPANY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT.

This Company Partnership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and
entered on this _ day of 2019 (the “effective date”), between ______,
Address _ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company A”), and ,
Address __ (herein referred to as the “Company B”).
NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties
hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  1. SCOPE.
    1.1. The Companies agree to a commission based referral contract. The images and
    video files of Company A including work/project shall be used by Company B for
    marketing purposes or presentation for Company B clients.
    1.2. That upon referral or handing over by either Party, Company A or B can handle
    client projects. The parties agree that either Party can be revealed as a partner should a
    client make an enquiry of either company.
    1.3. Upon completion of projects, clients can have direct contact information of either
    of the Companies, and in case of a return client, the client can out of free will liaise with
    the other partner company.
    NOTE: If a Client contacts either Company for appointment, the Company should inform the
    other partner of the appointment and transfer the commission fee of the service cost the partner
    company.
  2. COMMISSION.
    Company A shall pay Company B commission fees at _ dollars for project package once
    clients have made payments. The Commission can either be paid while the project is process or
    once the project has been completed.
  3. CONFIDENTIALITY.
    The Parties agree to keep the business concept confidential, that disclosure of any details of the
    business concept or any other details that the Parties will ONLY happen when and how needed,
    upon written consent of each Party herein.
  4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION.
    The Parties acknowledge that either Partner can cancel this Agreement at any time provided that
    they issue a _ day written Notice on the same. Upon termination of this Agreement, Parties
    shall not be entitled to pay commission for referrals received during the term of this Agreement.
  5. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND GOVERNING LAW.

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter
hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between
the parties related to the subject matter hereof. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid
unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the
