COMMISSION COMPENSATION AGREEMENT.
This Commission Compensation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made
and entered on this _ day of 2020 (the “effective date”), between Sterileze Pro’s,
California, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and ___, Address
__ (herein referred to as the “Employee”).
NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties
hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:
- TERM.
The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period 30 days, commencing on the Effective
Date herein. (the Employee shall be expected to make 10 sales within this period in order to keep
working for the Company) - SCOPE.
2.1. The Company shall retain the Employee on commission basis to sell the
Company’s sanitize cleaning contracts. The Employee shall not receive any salary from
the Company.
2.2. The Employee shall only use the Company’s approved documents to make the
sales covered under this Agreement. Any sales made using documents not provided or
approved by the Company shall not be recognized by the Company and shall not earn
commission for the Employee. - COMMISSION.
3.1. The Employee shall receive 10% of the value of each sanitize cleaning contract
upon successfully selling 10 contracts. The Employee shall be expected to make 10 sales
within this period in order to keep working for the Company. If the Employee fails to
bring in 10 contracts within the first 30 days of this Agreement, the Employee shall only
receive 5% of the contracts sold and this Agreement shall be void.
3.2. After the 10 contracts of the first 30 days, the Employee shall bring in a minimum
of 5 contracts each month and continue receiving commission for all the sales made.
- NON-COMPETE.
4.1. The Employee shall NOT solicit, negotiate, and contact either directly or
indirectly, with another prospective employer, competitor, customer, client or any other
entity that offers the same services as those covered under this Agreement.
4.2. The Employee shall NOT, after termination of this Agreement, solicit, negotiate,
contact either directly or indirectly, with another prospective employer, competitor,
customer, client or any other entity carrying out the same or similar services as those
carried by the Company.
4.3. The Employee shall not by incitement encourage employees, customers,
associates, clients of the Company to terminate their obligations with the Company. - NON-DISCLOSURE
The Employee agrees to keep details of this Agreement and any other confidential information
about the Company’s business covered under this Agreement and the dealings of the Company
and/with its future clients confidential. The Employee shall not use the said information without
prior written consent of the Company except;

The information is already in the public domain. - GENERAL PROVISION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
6.1. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the
subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings,
written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof. No modification
of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
6.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of California, United States [State/Country]. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue
shall be in the State of California, United States [State/Country].
6.3. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company
and the Employee and their respective successors and assigns, provided that the
Employee may not assign any of their obligations under this Agreement without the
Company’s prior written consent.
Each party represents and warrants to the other that such party has acted in good faith, and agrees
to continue to so act, in the negotiation, execution, delivery, performance, and any termination of
this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been executed by the parties as of the Effective
Date.
