commission agreement

We are a data science school. We would like to have a commission (partnership) agreement with other companies. Any students they bring to us, we will pay them $300 or (percentage) for each student that they bring it. In this agreement, we need your help to elaborate the agreement and include all the potential loopholes. It will be great if you can highlight some important points in the aggrement.
