COMMERCIAL RIGHTS AGREEMENT
This Commercial Interest Rights Agreement is entered into on ____________ by and
between MARIANNE KELLY (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and
_____________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”). Together referred to as
“parties.”
NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration by the Buyer, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged by the Seller, the parties agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions: –
1. Rights.
The Buyer herein purchased services involving videos, audios, fitness programs etc. on
fiverr and the Seller herein agrees and acknowledges that the Buyer has unlimited
commercial rights to use the services bought on the fiverr platform.
2. Compliance.
The Seller hereby agrees to cooperate with the Buyer in handing over any paperwork
and/or documentation to enable the Buyer enforce her commercial rights and enjoy it to
the fullest extent.
3. Dispute/Conflict Resolution.
In the event of a dispute between the parties herein, the parties shall first attempt to
negotiate to reach a consensus mutually. However, if it fails, the dispute shall be
resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of The United Emirates.
4. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The
United Emirates.
5. Severability.
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the same shall be
severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in
effect.
6. Waiver.
The failure of any party to exercise any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be
a waiver of any prior or subsequent rights.
7. Modification.
No amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective
unless in writing and signed by the parties.
