CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into between Up and Down Cleaning Services (hereinafter referred to as ‘service provider’) and ………………………………… (hereinafter referred to as ‘client’)

WHEREAS the parties hereby agree to become bound under the terms and conditions set herein as follows:

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The service provider will provide to the client the following listed services as per the needs of the client:

The company will offer a free consultation to the clients on a need basis.

Apartment Cleaning

  1. Bedroom apartment        $50 upwards
  2. Two bedrooms                             $50 upwards
  3. 3 bedrooms      $75 upwards

House Rates

  1. 1 bedroom $100
  2. 2 bedroom $200-250
  3. 3 bedrooms $300-350

Condos and Airbnb 

Cleaning at a rate of $300 upwards

Other Rates

  1. Standard cleaning at a rate of $125(including mop floors)
  2. Mop floors at a rate of $15.00
  3. Wash Loads at a rate of $10.00 per load (price may vary depending on price)
  4. Fold Loads $ 10.00 per load (price varies)
  5. Window cleaning -to be paid upon consultation
  6. Window cleaning to be paid on consultation
  7. Refrigerator cleaning $ 30.00
  8. Stove cleaning -consultation with $40.00 minimum
  9. Cabinet cleaning-negotiable
  10. Bathroom cleaning (individual) -$15.00
  11. Condo and Air and Services-Consultation

The service provider will also give a special discount as follows:

  1. There will be a first-time discount given according to the client for engaging the service provider’s services.
  2. A customer that refers to the provider a new customer will receive a discount to be calculated by the service provider as a token of appreciation.
  3. Customers who are senior citizens will receive a discount to be issued by the company according to the set standards.
  4. TERMS

The service provider will begin cleaning on the ……………and will provide the said cleaning service for the client s agreed for a duration of ……………………this contract shall get terminated on the …………………….

  • PAYMENT

Payment in the amount of $…………………….shall be made to the provider due on the day of the scheduled service before cleaning begins until its completion. Acceptance methods of payment will be through cheque, cash or credit card.

  • PRODUCTS

The provider will use its supplies and products should the client require the use of any hypoallergic products, the client will notify the provider before the services begin, and the client will, in such a case, be required to provide the specialized product for use. An additional fee may become applicable.

  • RENEWAL

This contract shall renew automatically under the terms specified for a period equal to the initial period on the expiration unless either party notifies the other in writing 14 days before the expiration of the current term that this contract shall not be renewed.

E. ACCESS

The client will provide the service provider will access to the premises for cleaning as scheduled, and failure to do so would amount to material breach giving rise to a claim for legal remedies for payment of the amount.

F. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Either of the arty may terminate this agreement by sending written notice of intention of the specified address at least thirty (30) days before the expiration term. The client will, upon termination, forfeit any amounts of money paid for services to be rendered where notice is evidenced to have been improper.

G. APPLICABLE LAW

The terms of this agreement hall are governed by the laws of the state of ………………………the state and federal courts located in…………………. will have exclusive jurisdiction over any controversy that may arise from this agreement.

     H.  ASSIGNMENT

The rights and obligations attached herein shall not be assigned to any third party.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company and its employees from any loss, damages and expenses that may be incurred as a result of breach or negligence by the client.

  • SEVERANCE

If any provision herein becomes void or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the agreement shall be construed as intended save for that provision.

K. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This contract contains the parties’ entire agreement herein and supersede any prior oral or written contract between the parties and concerning the subject matter herein.
