CLEANING SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Cleaning Service Agreement is made on ______________________ by and
between ____________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and
___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”)
together referred to as “parties.”
WHEREAS the Customer needs a Service Provider for pool cleaning; and
WHEREAS the Company hereby agrees to provide the services to the Customer,
and the parties have herein agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and
provisions; –
1. Purpose.
The purpose of this Agreement is for the Company to provide pool cleaning and
maintenance services to the customer’s agreed premises.
2. Premises.
The agreed premise belonging to the Customer in which the above-mentioned
services will be delivered is located at; ____________________________.
3. Period.
This Agreement will start from the date of signing below (hereinafter referred to as
the “Start Date”), and the performance of this Agreement shall be for a term of one
year.
4. Payment Terms.
The Customer shall pay the Company the agreed-upon amount of $________ for the
provision of the selected service.
The payment for the services shall be made to the following account details; –

5. Supply List.
The parties herein agree that the Company shall be responsible for supplying its
cleaning supplies and employees. However, the Customer shall be responsible for
providing toiletry.
6. Termination.
The Customer may terminate the provision of the services under this Agreement by
issuing a 30 days’ Notice of cancellation which shall be effective at the end of the
notice period.
The Company has the right to terminate this agreement in the following
circumstances; –
i. The Customer is disrespectful to the Company or the employees,
ii. The Customer does not pay for their services after numerous attempts for
payment.
The Customer must pay for any accrued payment due to the Company for the
services already delivered.
7. Governing Law.
The terms and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the Laws of the State of Texas.
8. Assignment.
The duties and obligations stipulated under this Agreement shall not be assignable
to any third parties not privy to the Agreement herein without written prior consent
from the other party.
9. Severability.
Suppose any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable.
In that case, it shall be severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the other
provisions of this agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
