This Agreement is made on __________ Between SIMS BUSINESS
VENTURES DBA HOMERUN CLEANING SERVICE (hereinafter referred to as the
“Service Provider”) and THE DANCE INSTITUTE OF WASHINGTON DC
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) together referred to as “parties.”
WHEREAS the client is in need of a Service Provider for janitorial and maintenance
services and,
WHEREAS the Service Provider hereby agrees to provide the services to the client,
and the parties have herein agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and
provisions.
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Agreement is for the Service provider to provide janitorial,
cleaning, and maintenance services to the client’s premises.
II. PERIOD
This Agreement will start from the date of signing below, and the performance of this
Agreement shall be for a term of 12 months.
III. SERVICES
The Service provider agrees to provide the following services; –

IV. PAYMENT TERMS
The client shall pay the Service Provider $3500 a month for the duration of the
Agreement (12 months).
The payment for the services shall be made to the following account details; –
V. SUPPLY LIST
The parties herein agree that the Service Provider shall be responsible for supplying
its cleaning supplies and employees.
VI. TERMINATION
Any party to this Agreement may terminate the performance of this Agreement by
issuing a prior 30 day’s written notice to the other party for any reason.
VII. GOVERNING LAW
The terms and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the
state of Virginia.
VIII. ASSIGNMENT
The duties and obligations stipulated under this Agreement shall not be assignable
to any third parties not privy to the Agreement herein.
IX. SEVERABILITY
Suppose any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable.
In that case, it shall be severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the other
Agreement provisions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
