This Cleaning Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered the ____ day of _____ 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between Isheoka Andre and Maleika Phillips, owners of Flowers Cleaning Team, Contact Info: _______________, Queens NY (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Jermaine Dunn, Address _____________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  1. TERM.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period One Year commencing on the Effective Date herein, renewable after a year.

  • SCOPE.
    • The Company shall provide deep cleaning services to all properties owned by Jermaine Dunn. The services that shall include:
  • Mopping and sweeping floors.
  • Vacuum carpets.
  • Clean walls and baseboards.
  • Clean all rooms in house.
  • Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, refrigerator, stove, and microwave.
  • Clean all interior windows.
  • Clean inside all cabinets.
  • Clean all light fixtures.
  • Clean all mirrors.
    • The Company shall be allowed to use videos/pictures of the cleaning the Client premises for promotional purposes in which Client can receive a copy for their own personal use.
    • The Company’s services are charged as follows:
0-1,500 $195
2,000-3,000 $225
4,000-5,000 $325
5,000-6,000 $425
6,000-7,000 $525
8,000-10,000 $625
  • The Client shall reimburse the Company for any out of pocket purchases made including but not limited to rolling paper and temporary blinds.
    • All payments must be made within 24 hours upon completion of the services covered under this Agreement.
    • The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages found on site, but shall notify the Client promptly and the issue. The Client shall hold the Company blameless and indemnify the Company against any damages found on site.
    • The parties understand the risks involved with the provision of the services covered under this Agreement. The Client shall ensure that measure is taken to ensure that the Company’s employees are protected from work related hazards. The Client shall be held liable for all injuries sustained by the Company’s employees while they are carrying out their obligations if such injuries are as a result of the Client’s negligence.

In the event of disputes regarding job delivery, the Company shall be back to property to fix the issue with no additional cost.

    • Either party can terminate/cancel this Agreement by giving a Two Month written notice stating reasons for the termination, which may include but are not limited either the Company or the Client provides inconsistent work, overall unreliability, payments are not paid on time, and disputes that cannot be resolve.
    • All and any promised jobs within the 2 months before termination are upheld, and the Client shall pay the Company costs for all jobs done before the termination is made effective.
    • This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State New York, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the State of New York, USA.
    • This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and the Client and their respective successors and assigns, provided that the Client may not assign any of their obligations under this Agreement without the Company’s prior written consent.
