For this civil litigation case they seem to want to put up a fight & after responding to their Motion, they’re back asking to dismiss to the Motion again. Here is the attachment of their response. 1st Scheduling conference hearing is 1/28/22.To add the lawyer that filed the complaint has a docketed # now for the unprofessionalism in my complaint/leaving out things I submitted etc. not sure if I can let a judge know that. I do have ppwrk for the undocket and just got the call of the docketed news.
