CHILD SUPPORT AGREEMENT.

This Child Support Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered the ____ day of _____ 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between Jordan Torres, Contact Info: _________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Party A”), and Melody Bono, Contact Info:  ___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Party B”).

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

  1. BACKGROUND.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with the decision of the Circuit Court of The Fifth Judicial Circuit in and For Hernando County, Florida Family Law Division date April 7th 2020, Party A has an obligation to pay Party B child support amounting to __________ Dollars per month.

  • CONDITION.

The Parties hereby agree that Party A, in accordance with the Court’s decision dated April 7th 2020, shall pay Party B child support through the FL DOR website, and Party B shall transfer the same amount back to Party A through CashApp or any other money transfer platform. This is in consideration of the fact that Party A is currently going through financial hardship, and shall ensure to make the child support available as soon as they are able to.

  • ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Parties agree that this Agreement contains their entire understanding and that there have been no additional promises, representations, or agreements made to either Party by the other, oral or written, except as set forth herein.

  • MODIFICATION

This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof.  No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.

  • GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Florida, USA.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been executed by the parties as of the Effective Date.
